To strengthen our operations in Salalah, we are seeking a dedicated **Custom Orders Support Lead** to oversee custom order workflows and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Role Overview The **Custom Orders Support Lead** will be responsible for managing the end\-to\-end process of custom orders, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, customer service expertise, and the ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the custom orders support team. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients placing custom orders. * Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure order accuracy. * Monitor order progress and resolve issues proactively. * Maintain detailed records of client specifications and order history. * Prepare reports on custom order performance and customer satisfaction. * Train and mentor staff to deliver consistent, high\-quality support. * Ensure compliance with company standards and quality assurance processes. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field. * 5–8 years of experience in customer support, order management, or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of custom order processes and client coordination. * Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
