**Proposal \& Project Planning** * Develop detailed project plans for MICE\-related events, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource requirements. * Prepare professional proposals and presentations tailored to client needs and industry standards. * Conduct research to support creative concepts, venue options, sponsorship ideas, and activation opportunities. **2\. Client Relationship Management** * Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the proposal and project cycle. * Follow up consistently on submitted proposals to secure approvals and close deals. * Gather, analyze, and manage all client requirements; ensure clear communication of details to internal operations, creative, and production teams. * Maintain strong relationships to increase client retention and repeat business. **3\. Sales \& Business Development** * Identify new business opportunities within the MICE sector (corporate events, exhibitions, launches, incentives). * Support the Sales \& Marketing team in developing strategies that align with market trends and client demand. * Collaborate with management to prepare quotations, RFP responses, and service packages. **4\. Coordination \& Project Execution Support** * Ensure all client requirements are documented, aligned, and translated into actionable plans for project teams. * Monitor project progress and ensure the deliverables match the client's expectations and the approved proposal. * Attend client meetings, briefings, site visits, and event days when required. **5\. Reporting \& Documentation** * Track proposal statuses, client communications, and project milestones. * Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports. * Maintain organized records of proposals, contracts, and communication logs. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field. * Experience in the MICE, events, exhibitions, or hospitality industry is an advantage. * Strong communication and presentation skills (English required; Arabic is an added advantage). * Ability to create structured proposals and clear project plans. * Excellent client\-facing skills with a professional attitude. * Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Knowledge of MICE operations, event production, and industry trends.
