Opportunity to lead major infrastructure projects. **Company:** Tess PK Muscat **Location:** Muscat, Oman (On\-site / Hybrid) **Job Type:** Full\-Time Job Overview Tess PK Muscat is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Lead to oversee telecom infrastructure projects, network deployment, and field engineering operations. In this role, you will manage cross\-functional engineering teams, direct network design and installation activities, and ensure high operational performance, network reliability, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage telecommunications installation, site engineering, and network deployment projects from planning through commissioning. * Direct teams of engineers and field technicians, ensuring strict adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. * Coordinate network architecture planning, fiber/wireless infrastructure integration, and telecom system testing protocols. * Monitor operational performance, troubleshoot complex network outages or technical issues, and implement preventive maintenance schedules. * Manage relationships with vendor partners, equipment suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies. * Prepare project progress reports, technical evaluations, resource allocation plans, and executive updates. Requirements \& Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. * 5\+ years of experience in telecommunications operations, network engineering, or infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role. * Strong technical background in telecom networks (optical fiber, wireless, mobile networks, RF, IP networking). * Proven team management, vendor management, and project execution capabilities. * Excellent technical writing, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
