Snypar Creative Photography Services is looking for an **Editorial Director** to lead and elevate our creative output across high\-end photography campaigns, editorial shoots, and commercial visual storytelling projects in Muscat. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a growing creative studio, work with diverse clients, and influence the visual identity of impactful brands across Oman and beyond. If you thrive in a fast\-paced creative environment and love turning concepts into powerful visual narratives, we want to meet you. **What You’ll Do** * Lead the creative direction for editorial photography projects and campaigns * Develop visual storytelling concepts aligned with client branding and marketing goals * Oversee photoshoots from pre\-production to final delivery * Collaborate with photographers, stylists, designers, and production teams * Maintain consistent editorial standards and creative excellence * Review, select, and approve final imagery for publication and client delivery * Guide and mentor creative team members to elevate output quality * Stay updated on global photography, fashion, and editorial trends **What We’re Looking For** * Proven experience in editorial direction, photography, or creative leadership * Strong portfolio showcasing editorial, commercial, or fashion photography work * Excellent visual storytelling and concept development skills * Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines * Strong communication and team collaboration skills * Experience working with creative teams in studio or agency environments * Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop) is a plus **Why Work With Us** At Snypar Creative Photography Services, creativity is not just encouraged—it’s expected.
