Opportunities for cross-selling company services Job Description – Junior Accountant Company: Black Swan Business Setup Services Location: Al Shatti Al Qurum Working Days: Sunday to Thursday Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Position: Junior Accountant We are looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our Oman team. The role will support accounting operations, bookkeeping services, and internal finance activities while also assisting clients and coordinating with internal stakeholders. The candidate should be capable of independently handling routine accounting work and supporting the Senior Accountant during leave periods or peak workload situations. Key Responsibilities Handling bookkeeping and accounting entries for client accounts and internal company accounts Recording daily financial transactions and passing journal entries Assisting in preparation and maintenance of ledgers, reconciliations, and financial records Supporting accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliation activities Coordinating with clients for accounting\-related documentation and follow\-ups Assisting in VAT\-related documentation and compliance support Managing accounting records systematically and ensuring accuracy of data Taking over responsibilities of the Senior Accountant during leave or absence Supporting internal reporting and finance coordination activities Identifying opportunities for cross\-selling company services to existing clients Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or above Professional qualifications such as CMA, CFA, or CA Inter will be preferred Minimum 2\+ years of experience in an accounting role Experience in service industry or manufacturing industry preferred Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Salary Range OMR 3500 – 4000 per month (depending on experience and suitability) Pay: RO3,500\.000 \- RO4,000\.000 per month Work Location: In person
