Strong fault-finding and problem-solving across MEP disciplines **MEP / Technical** *Location: Duqm \| Employment Type: Part time* **Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced MEP / Technical to oversee the maintenance and operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Ensure all systems are operating safely and efficiently, and maintain compliance with applicable codes and standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Day\-to\-day MEP operations including air\-conditioning, refrigeration, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems. * Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on HVAC, kitchen, laundry, and associated plant equipment. * Inspect and maintain electrical panels, DB/LV switchgear, motors, starters, and control systems. * Ensure fire \& safety systems are regularly tested and maintained in accordance with site requirements. * Ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other trades to minimise operational downtime. * Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and spare\-parts records. * Report defects and recommend corrective actions to the Operations Manager. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Minimum 10 years of hands\-on experience in MEP maintenance * Formal qualification or government\-recognised certification in AC \& Refrigeration, Electrical Engineering, or a related trade. * Proven experience in facilities, hospitality, or industrial environments. * Familiarity with fire \& safety systems and relevant Oman regulatory requirements. * Valid Oman driving licence preferred. **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong fault\-finding and problem\-solving ability across multiple MEP disciplines. * Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals. * Good communication skills in English; additional languages is an advantage. * Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise under pressure. **Compensation** Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
