Opportunity to work in a dynamic petroleum organization **Operations Excellence Manager** Uzeegar Petroleum – Salalah, Oman Location: Salalah Free Zone Salary: OMR 2,800 per month Uzeegar Petroleum is seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Excellence Manager to join our team in Salalah Free Zone, Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, continuous improvement initiatives, and performance optimization across company operations within the petroleum sector. Key responsibilities include analyzing operational processes, implementing improvement strategies, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. The Operations Excellence Manager will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, reduce operational costs, enhance productivity, and support sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with proven experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or industrial operations management. Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement methodologies, and performance management systems is highly preferred. Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills are essential for this role.
