Drive responsible business operations and reduce environmental impact **Sustainability \& ESG Director** ABN Texas (Salalah Br.) – Salalah, Oman Location: Salalah Tower Salary: OMR 3,600 per month ABN Texas (Salalah Br.) is seeking an experienced and forward\-thinking Sustainability \& ESG Director to lead the company’s environmental, social, and governance initiatives in Salalah, Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies that align with corporate objectives, industry standards, and long\-term business growth. Key responsibilities include overseeing ESG reporting and compliance, developing sustainability programs, monitoring environmental performance, and ensuring the company adheres to local and international sustainability regulations and best practices. The Sustainability \& ESG Director will collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to drive responsible business operations, reduce environmental impact, and strengthen corporate social responsibility initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Environmental Management, Sustainability, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with extensive experience in ESG management, sustainability leadership, or corporate governance. Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting standards, environmental regulations, and risk management practices is highly preferred. Excellent leadership, strategic planning, communication, and analytical skills are essential for this senior\-level role.
