Establish financial controls and manage cash flow We are looking for a reputed company in Muscat Oman for Finance Controller Key Responsibilities * **Financial Reporting** * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP). * **Budgeting \& Forecasting** * Develop budgets and financial forecasts. * Monitor actual performance against budgets. * **Internal Controls \& Compliance** * Establish financial controls to prevent errors and fraud. * Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and company policies. * **Cash Flow Management** * Monitor cash position and liquidity. * Manage working capital and banking relationships. * **Team Leadership** * Supervise accounting and finance staff. * Coordinate audits and support management decision\-making. * **Financial Analysis** * Analyze financial performance. * Provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Typical Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CIMA. * Several years of accounting and financial management experience. * Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting software. Pay: RO1,500\.000 \- RO1,600\.000 per hour Work Location: In person
