Opportunities for professional and organizational growth **Job Title:** Chief Technology Officer (CTO) **Company:** WaterWaps Oman **Location:** Salalah Free Zone Tower, Salalah, Oman **Salary:** OMR 4,000 per month Job Overview WaterWaps Oman is seeking a visionary and experienced **Chief Technology Officer (CTO)** to lead the company’s technology strategy and innovation initiatives. This executive role is ideal for a strategic technology leader with expertise in digital transformation, enterprise systems, and operational technology management. The CTO will oversee all technology operations, drive innovation, and ensure technology solutions align with the company’s long\-term business goals. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy and roadmap. * Oversee IT infrastructure, software platforms, and digital operations. * Lead technology innovation and digital transformation initiatives. * Ensure system scalability, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency. * Manage technology budgets, vendors, and IT resources. * Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology with business objectives. * Lead and mentor engineering, infrastructure, and IT teams. * Evaluate emerging technologies and implement best practices. * Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). * Proven experience in senior technology leadership roles. * Strong expertise in enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, and IT strategy. * Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. * Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
