Summary: Manage inventory operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and control procedures, to optimize efficiency and maintain accuracy. Highlights: 1. Analyze inventory trends and recommend operational improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software. Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data integrity. * **Receiving and Inspection:** Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect goods for quality and quantity. Document any discrepancies and coordinate with suppliers or vendors as necessary. * **Storage and Organization:** Oversee the proper storage and organization of goods within the warehouse. Utilize space efficiently, label items clearly, and implement appropriate storage methods to facilitate easy retrieval and minimize damage. * **Order Fulfillment:** Prepare orders for shipment or delivery according to established procedures. Ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling of items, and coordinate with shipping carriers or delivery drivers to meet customer requirements. * **Inventory Control Procedures:** Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures to prevent loss, theft, or damage. Conduct regular cycle counts, investigate variances, and take corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy. * **Reporting and Analysis:** Generate inventory reports, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to management for optimizing inventory levels, reducing carrying costs, and enhancing operational efficiency. * **Compliance and Safety:** Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing inventory management and warehouse operations. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred. * Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or related roles within the retail industry. * Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. * Knowledge of inventory control principles, procedures, and best practices. * Familiarity with warehouse equipment and material handling techniques. * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
