Ensure high-quality output through process control and inspection **Role Overview** The Lamination Line Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the glass lamination process (EVA/PVB), ensuring high\-quality output through proper layup, process control, and inspection. The role requires strong attention to detail, process discipline, and adherence to quality and safety standards. **Key ResponsibilitiesLamination Process Operations** * Perform **glass layup preparation** including cleaning, interlayer handling, alignment, and edge control * Operate lamination equipment such as **vacuum systems, pre\-press, ovens, and autoclaves** (as applicable) * Ensure proper loading and unloading of glass materials **Process Control** * Monitor and control key parameters such as **time, temperature, and vacuum integrity** * Track and manage lamination cycles to ensure consistent quality * Maintain process logs and production records **Quality Inspection** * Inspect laminated glass for **defects such as bubbles, delamination, haze, contamination, and edge finish issues** * Ensure all products meet company quality standards before release **Coordination \& Reporting** * Maintain accurate **batch records and documentation** * Coordinate with **Quality Control (QC)** and **packing teams** * Report issues or deviations to supervisors promptly **Troubleshooting \& Maintenance** * Perform basic troubleshooting of lamination equipment * Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive maintenance **Candidate RequirementsMust Have** * Minimum **5\+ years of experience** in glass lamination line operation * Strong knowledge of **EVA / PVB lamination processes** * High level of **cleanliness and process discipline** **Preferred** * Experience with **autoclave and advanced lamination systems** * Knowledge of glass handling and safety procedures Work Location: In person
