Coordinate with various stakeholders and resolve operational issues. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily marine, shipping, and logistics operations. * Monitor vessel movements and ensure smooth port operations. * Coordinate with clients, agents, port authorities, and service providers. * Ensure timely execution of operational activities and documentation. * Lead and support operational staff to achieve performance targets. * Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and port regulations. * Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records. * Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years' experience in marine, shipping, or logistics operations. * Strong knowledge of Oman port operations and maritime procedures. * Experience in supervising teams and coordinating operational activities. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Valid GCC/Oman driving license is an advantage.
