The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in retail supervision, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily store operations and staff activities * Lead, motivate, and manage retail team members * Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction * Monitor sales performance and achieve targets * Handle inventory management and stock control * Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and merchandising * Resolve customer issues and operational challenges * Coordinate with management for smooth store operations **Requirements** * 4–5 years of experience in retail or supervisory roles * Strong leadership and team management skills * Good communication and customer handling ability * Experience in sales and target achievement * Knowledge of retail operations and inventory control * GCC driving license is an added advantage **Working Conditions** * Working Hours: 8 hours per day * Working Days: 6 days per week (4 days off per month) * Overtime: Minimum 2 hours daily (paid as per company policy) **Benefits** * **Employment Visa Provided (2\-Year Contract)** * Free accommodation provided * Transportation provided by the company * Medical facilities as per company policy * 30 days annual leave after completion of contract * Air ticket allowance after completing 2 years * No hidden charges for visa processing Pay: RO180\.000 \- RO250\.000 per month Work Location: In person
