Duties and Responsibilities: * Prepare specialty coffee beverages such as espresso, latte, cappuccino, and other drinks with consistency and high quality. * Operate and calibrate the espresso machine and coffee grinder on a daily basis. * Maintain proper extraction standards and follow specialty coffee preparation practices. * Clean and maintain coffee equipment and the work area regularly. * Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service. * Assist in managing stock of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies. * Follow hygiene and safety standards in the café. Requirements: * Previous experience as a Barista (specialty coffee experience preferred). * Knowledge of espresso extraction and grind calibration. * Good customer service and communication skills. * Ability to work well in a team. * Reliable, punctual, and professional.
