This role is responsible for aligning departments, managing high\-level initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute corporate strategies aligned with company goals * Oversee multiple departments (e.g., operations, finance, HR, or business units) * Support executive leadership in strategic planning and decision\-making * Drive organizational performance and operational efficiency * Lead cross\-functional projects and corporate initiatives * Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics * Ensure compliance with corporate policies, governance, and regulatory requirements * Manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance * Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners * Represent the organization in high\-level meetings, negotiations, and events **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field * 10–15\+ years of experience in corporate management or leadership roles * 5\+ years of experience in a senior leadership or director\-level position * Proven track record of driving business growth and organizational success * Strong leadership, communication, and decision\-making skills * Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities * Ability to manage complex operations and multiple business functions Job Type: Permanent Pay: RO5,000\.000 per month Work Location: In person
