We are seeking a creative and detail\-oriented Florist to design, arrange, and maintain fresh and artificial floral displays for daily sales, events, and special orders. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for flowers. Key Responsibilities: * Design and create floral arrangements for walk\-in customers, events, and special occasions * Prepare bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, and custom designs * Maintain freshness of flowers through proper care, storage, and conditioning * Assist customers with flower selection and design ideas * Handle orders, deliveries, and setup when required * Keep work area clean, organized, and hygienic * Manage stock, report low inventory, and reduce waste * Follow shop standards for quality and presentation Requirements: * Experience as a florist or floral assistant preferred * Knowledge of flowers, greenery, and seasonal availability * Creative and artistic with strong design skills * Good communication and customer service skills * Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons * Able to stand for long hours and lift light to moderate weights * Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays What We Offer: * Competitive salary and performance incentives * Creative and supportive work environment * Training and growth opportunities * Staff discounts and benefits Job Type: Full\-time
