This role is responsible for driving overall performance, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, and leading senior teams to achieve business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee operations and performance across multiple departments, divisions, or business units * Develop and implement group\-level strategies aligned with company goals * Lead, mentor, and manage senior managers and department heads * Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability across the group * Identify growth opportunities and drive business expansion initiatives * Ensure consistency in operations, brand standards, and service delivery * Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and decision\-making * Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements across units * Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients * Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and regulatory requirements **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field * 10–15\+ years of experience in management, operations, or leadership roles * 5\+ years of experience in a senior or director\-level position * Proven track record of managing multiple teams or business units * Strong leadership, communication, and decision\-making skills * Excellent financial and analytical abilities * Ability to drive strategic initiatives and organizational growth Job Type: Full\-time Pay: RO5,400\.000 per month Work Location: In person
