About the Role Hamra Shisha Lounge is seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated Lounge Manager to lead our operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for a strong leader with proven expertise in hospitality management, team leadership, financial performance, and premium customer service. Key Responsibilities * Manage the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring the highest service standards. * Lead, motivate, train, and develop the front\-of\-house and service teams. * Maintain excellent guest satisfaction by delivering outstanding hospitality and resolving customer concerns professionally. * Monitor sales performance, control operating costs, and maximize profitability. * Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and overall team performance. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company operating standards. * Supervise inventory management, purchasing, and stock control. * Work closely with senior management to develop promotional campaigns and business growth strategies. * Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and ambience throughout the lounge. * Prepare operational reports and recommend continuous improvements. Requirements * Minimum **5 years of management experience** in a premium lounge, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment. * Strong leadership and people management skills. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities. * Proven experience in increasing sales and improving operational efficiency. * Strong knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and cost management. * Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage. * Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
