Partner with HR and IT to improve processes **Job Summary:** We are seeking a Head of HR Technology to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of HR systems. This role ensures technology supports talent management, HR operations, and data\-driven decision\-making. **Responsibilities:** * Define and execute HR technology strategy and roadmap * Oversee HRIS, ATS, payroll, and related systems * Lead system implementations, integrations, and upgrades * Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance * Partner with HR and IT teams to improve processes * Manage vendors and mentor HR tech team members **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field * 8\+ years of experience in HR technology or HRIS roles * Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) * Experience with system integrations and data analytics * Understanding of HR processes and compliance * Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Job Type: Full\-time Pay: RO2,600\.000 per month Work Location: In person
