Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the activities of cooks, senior cooks, and all BOH team members. * Ensure food preparation and presentation meet company quality and brand standards. * Monitor portion control, waste management, and cost efficiency. * Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times. * Assist in daily production planning and kitchen scheduling. * Conduct on\-the\-job training and mentor junior kitchen staff. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing for stock requirements. * Ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak service hours. * Report directly to the Head Chef / Kitchen Manager on performance and operational matters. Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to RO250\.000 per month
