Role Overview The **Lead Consultant (Client Ops)** will be responsible for managing client operations projects, ensuring service delivery, and building strong client relationships. This role requires strategic insight, leadership, and the ability to translate complex operational challenges into actionable solutions. Key Responsibilities * Lead client operations projects from planning to execution. * Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and success. * Analyze client processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability. * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client needs. * Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed reports for clients and senior leadership. * Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on best practices. * Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. * Identify opportunities for business growth and client expansion. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. * 8–10 years of experience in consulting, client operations, or business process management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Proven track record of managing client\-facing projects and delivering measurable results. * Strong knowledge of operational frameworks, process optimization, and client engagement strategies. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
