**Your Day to Day** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical \& plumbing * Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues quickly. * Respond promptly to maintenance requests * Troubleshoot and repair faults in AC units, lighting, power outlets, water heaters, pumps, kitchen equipment, and other systems. * Assist with checks and maintenance of life\-safety systems such as fire alarms, emergency lights, and firefighting equipment. * Carry out minor civil works, including painting, carpentry, tiling, and general repairs * Support sustainability and energy\-saving initiatives in line with IHG standards. * Record all completed tasks and materials used * Assist during emergencies such as power failures, system leaks, and safety incidents. **What We Need From You** * Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), or a related field. * 2–4 years of experience in hotel engineering or facilities maintenance preferred. * Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic carpentry works. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and safety guidelines. * Good troubleshooting skills with a proactive and solution\-focused approach. * Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and attention to detail. * Ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues when needed. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and respond to call\-outs. * Physical ability to lift equipment, work at heights, and work in varying conditions.
