To strengthen our leadership team in Salalah, we are seeking an experienced **Plant Operations Director** to oversee plant operations and drive strategic improvements. Role Overview The **Plant Operations Director** will be responsible for managing water treatment plant operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading initiatives to optimize efficiency and sustainability. This role requires technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong leadership to align plant operations with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities * Lead and oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficiency and reliability. * Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and sustainability. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. * Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to optimize processes. * Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives in plant operations and technologies. * Manage budgets, resources, and scheduling for operational activities. * Mentor and guide plant staff to achieve operational excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. * 12\+ years of experience in plant operations or water treatment, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. * Proven track record of managing large\-scale water treatment or industrial plant operations. * Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, plant optimization, and sustainability practices. * Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
