This role is responsible for aligning regional activities with company goals, managing teams, and delivering strong financial and operational results. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee operations and performance across multiple branches, offices, or territories * Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with overall business objectives * Lead, mentor, and manage regional managers and teams * Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability across the region * Identify growth opportunities and expand market presence * Ensure consistency in service delivery, brand standards, and operational excellence * Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regional performance metrics * Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and decision\-making * Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders * Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and regulatory requirements **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field * 10–15\+ years of experience in operations, business management, or leadership roles * 5\+ years of experience managing multi\-site or regional operations * Proven track record of driving business growth and operational success * Strong leadership, communication, and decision\-making skills * Excellent financial and analytical abilities * Ability to manage diverse teams across multiple locations * Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region Pay: RO5,100\.000 per month Work Location: In person
