We are currently looking for a passionate and detail\-oriented Reservation Agent to join our team. As a Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating memorable first impressions through professional and personalized service. A little taste of your day\-to\-day Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: * Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner * Accurately input, modify, and manage reservations using hotel systems * Promote hotel facilities, services, and upsell room categories to maximize revenue * Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates, promotions, and packages * Ensure all guest information is recorded correctly and confidentially * Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure smooth operations * Deliver service in line with IHG’s True Hospitality service culture What do we need from you? * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred * Previous experience in reservations, front office, or customer service (hotel experience preferred) * Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage) * Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar reservation systems * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Sales\-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell effectively * Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast\-paced environment * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Join Crowne Plaza one of the largest and best loved premium hotel brands in the world.
