To strengthen our consulting team in Muscat, we are seeking an experienced **Strategic Financial Planner** to lead financial planning initiatives and deliver high\-value insights to clients. Role Overview The **Strategic Financial Planner** will be responsible for developing tailored financial strategies, analyzing investment opportunities, and guiding clients toward long\-term financial growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients. * Conduct financial analysis, risk assessments, and investment evaluations. * Collaborate with corporate and individual clients to align financial strategies with goals. * Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators. * Prepare detailed reports and present recommendations to senior leadership and clients. * Support business development by identifying opportunities for financial advisory services. * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and ethical standards. * Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. * Professional certification (CFA, CFP, CPA) strongly preferred. * 7\+ years of experience in financial planning, investment advisory, or corporate finance. * Proven expertise in strategic financial analysis and portfolio management. * Strong knowledge of global markets, investment strategies, and risk management frameworks. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
