This role is responsible for overseeing trading activities, guiding a team of traders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while maximizing returns. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute trading strategies across asset classes (equities, fixed income, commodities, or derivatives) * Oversee daily trading operations and monitor market positions * Lead, mentor, and manage a team of traders and analysts * Manage risk exposure and ensure adherence to risk management frameworks * Analyze market trends, economic data, and financial indicators * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies * Collaborate with research, finance, and executive teams on investment decisions * Build relationships with brokers, financial institutions, and partners * Monitor trading performance and optimize strategies * Prepare reports and present insights to senior leadership **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field * 8–12\+ years of experience in trading, investment, or financial markets * 3–5\+ years of leadership or director\-level experience * Strong knowledge of financial instruments and trading platforms * Proven track record of successful trading strategies and risk management * Excellent analytical and decision\-making skills * Strong leadership and communication abilities * Ability to work in high\-pressure, fast\-paced environments Job Type: Full\-time Pay: RO4,800\.000 per month Work Location: In person
