**Job Summary**
The Secretary to the General Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily functions of the Executive Office. This position demands a highly organized, discreet, and proactive individual who can manage complex schedules, handle confidential correspondence, and act as a communication bridge between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the real estate development sector, ensuring precision and efficiency in a fast\-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and maintain the General Manager’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare, proofread, and format internal and external correspondence, memos, and reports.
* Coordinate communication between departments, clients, government entities, and external partners.
* Organize and maintain physical and digital files relevant to development projects, agreements, and legal documentation.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
* Assist in the preparation of presentations, minutes of meetings, and executive summaries.
* Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items related to the General Manager’s directives.
* Prepare requisitions, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as requested.
* Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information related to business development and financial strategy.
* Provide logistical support for internal events, investor meetings, or real estate site visits.
* Liaise with the HR team for any approvals relating the staff .
**Qualifications \& Skills**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executive\-level support, preferably in real estate or property development.
* Excellent command of English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
* High level of discretion and integrity with confidential information.
* Professional demeanor with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

Pay: RO350\.000 \- RO400\.000 per month
