Opportunities to lead innovative manufacturing initiatives About the Role Imbeyonds is seeking an experienced and innovative Advanced Manufacturing Lead to oversee the implementation and optimization of advanced manufacturing technologies and processes. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving production efficiency, and leading cross\-functional teams in adopting Industry 4\.0 practices, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills to support the company's manufacturing objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity. Key Responsibilities * Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of advanced manufacturing processes and technologies. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies. * Manage automation, robotics, digital manufacturing, and smart factory projects. * Collaborate with engineering, quality, production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to improve manufacturing performance. * Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Lead, mentor, and develop manufacturing engineers and technical staff. * Support new product introduction (NPI) by developing efficient and scalable manufacturing processes. * Evaluate and implement new equipment, manufacturing technologies, and best practices. * Prepare technical reports, project updates, and performance metrics for senior management. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline. * Minimum of **7–10 years** of experience in manufacturing, production engineering, or industrial operations, with at least **3 years in a leadership or supervisory role**. * Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and Industry 4\.0 principles. * Experience with automation systems, robotics, PLC\-controlled equipment, and manufacturing execution systems (MES). * Proficiency in production planning, process optimization, and root cause analysis. * Strong understanding of quality management systems and international manufacturing standards. * Excellent leadership, project management, and team development skills. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Administration (MBA). * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. * Experience working in high\-volume manufacturing, automotive, electronics, metal fabrication, or industrial production environments. * Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
