Budget and cost monitoring, and financial performance improvement Bidding and Job Application We are seeking a Civil Works Director with extensive leadership experience in managing and executing construction and civil works projects, to supervise all project phases—from planning and design through to final handover. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution in accordance with the highest quality and safety standards, on schedule and within the approved budget, while complying with applicable regulations and laws in the Sultanate of Oman. Responsibilities and Duties Lead and manage civil and infrastructure projects from planning through to closure. Develop implementation plans, monitor project progress, and ensure adherence to timelines. Supervise project managers, engineers, work teams, and subcontractors. Monitor budgets, costs, cash flows, and improve project financial performance. Review and approve engineering drawings, technical specifications, and contracts.
