To strengthen our engineering leadership, we are seeking an experienced **Instrumentation \& Control Manager** to oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of instrumentation and control systems across mission\-critical projects. Role Overview The Instrumentation \& Control Manager will be responsible for managing instrumentation and automation systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving operational excellence. This role requires technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to align control systems with organizational objectives. Qualifications * Proven experience as an **Instrumentation \& Control Manager** in industrial or infrastructure projects. * Strong expertise in **PLC/DCS systems**, **SCADA**, and advanced control technologies. * Knowledge of **instrumentation standards** and **HSE compliance**. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering preferred. * Professional certifications in instrumentation, automation, or project management are highly desirable.
