The ideal candidate should have strong experience in **building maintenance and hospital facilities management**, with good knowledge of mechanical systems, PPM, corrective maintenance and technician supervision. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily mechanical maintenance activities. * Manage and guide mechanical technicians and workers. * Plan and monitor **PPM \& corrective maintenance**. * Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and building services. * Monitor HVAC, chilled water systems, pumps, plumbing and other mechanical systems. * Attend breakdowns and ensure timely completion of maintenance works. * Coordinate with clients and the FM team. * Prepare daily maintenance and work completion reports. * Ensure compliance with HSE and site safety procedures. * Monitor manpower, materials and maintenance requirements. Requirements * Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification. * **Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.** * **Oman Facilities Management experience is highly preferred.** * Hospital and large\-building maintenance experience is an advantage. * Good knowledge of **HVAC and mechanical building services**. * Experience in **PPM and corrective maintenance**. * Strong leadership and team\-management skills. * Good communication and reporting skills. * Ability to work independently and handle client requirements. * Oman driving licence is an advantage.
