Ensure high standards of finishing and attention to detail We are seeking an experienced and highly capable **Project Manager** to lead and manage **luxury villa construction projects in Oman.** The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **high\-end/luxury villa projects**, with proven experience managing projects from planning and execution through completion and handover. The candidate must be **currently based in Oman** and hold a **valid Oman driving license**. Key Responsibilities * Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of luxury villa projects. * Manage the project from pre\-construction through final handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. * Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. * Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, project schedules, and construction methodologies. * Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications. * Manage project budgets, procurement, resources, and project timelines. * Identify and resolve construction, technical, commercial, and coordination issues. * Ensure high standards of finishing and attention to detail expected in luxury residential projects. * Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to management/client. * Monitor contractors and subcontractors and ensure compliance with project requirements. * Coordinate MEP, civil, architectural, interior finishing, landscaping, and other specialist works. * Ensure compliance with Oman regulations, HSE requirements, quality standards, and approved project procedures. * Manage snagging, testing \& commissioning, and final project handover. Requirements * **Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.** * **At least 5\+ Years of Experience in Oman** * Proven experience managing **luxury villa projects** is essential. * Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, scheduling, cost control, and quality management. * Excellent ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and contractors. * Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills. * Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documentation. * **Must be currently based in Oman.** * **Must hold a valid Oman driving license.** Interested candidates can apply via \+971563480112\.
