Summary: The Site Supervisor coordinates on-site activities for interior fit-out and construction projects, ensuring work meets approved standards, timelines, and budget. Highlights: 1. Oversee carpentry, electrical, plumbing, gypsum, painting, and finishing works. 2. Manage laborers, subcontractors, and technicians. 3. Inspect workmanship and ensure adherence to quality standards. **Site supervisor – 5 Nos** A Site Supervisor is responsible for coordinating on\-site activities for interior fit\-out and construction projects. To ensure that work is executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and within project timelines and budget. **Key Responsibilities** · Site Execution: * Supervise day\-to\-day site activities. * Ensure construction/fit\-out is done as per approved drawings and specifications. * Oversee carpentry, electrical, plumbing, gypsum, painting, and finishing works. · Manpower Management: * Manage laborers, subcontractors, and technicians. * Allocate tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure timely completion. · Coordination: * Coordinate with project managers, designers, engineers, and vendors. * Follow up on materials and equipment delivery. * Resolve site issues and escalate critical problems. · Quality Control: * Inspect workmanship and ensure adherence to quality standards. * Prevent rework by checking measurements and alignment during execution. · Site Safety: * Enforce safety protocols. * Ensure workers use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). * Report incidents or violations. · Progress Reporting: * Maintain daily site reports, attendance, and material logs. * Report progress and issues to management. · Material Management: * Monitor stock and usage of construction materials. * Raise requests for shortages in advance. **Preferred Qualifications:** · Qualification: Diploma in civil or Diploma in interior designing. · Experience: Gulf experience preferred · GCC driving license preferred · Minimum Experience \-5 years in the middle east Job Type: Full\-time Education: * Diploma (Preferred) Experience: * 5year gulf: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: * GCC Driving license.
