Drive performance improvement across the franchise network Job Summary The Franchise Operations Director is responsible for leading and optimizing franchise operations to drive business growth, operational excellence, and brand consistency across franchise locations. This role develops franchise strategies, strengthens franchisee partnerships, ensures compliance with brand standards, and drives performance improvement across the franchise network. The Franchise Operations Director works closely with franchise owners, corporate teams, and field operations teams to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and long\-term franchise success. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute franchise operations strategies aligned with company growth objectives. * Lead and oversee franchise performance across multiple locations, regions, or markets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners and key stakeholders. * Establish operational standards, policies, and best practices to ensure brand consistency. * Monitor franchise performance through sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs. * Conduct regular business reviews, operational audits, and performance assessments. * Provide coaching, guidance, and support to franchisees to improve business results. * Develop franchise improvement plans and implement corrective actions when required. * Support franchise expansion, new location openings, and market development initiatives. * Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, training, and product teams to support franchise operations. * Ensure franchisees comply with brand standards, operating procedures, legal requirements, and quality guidelines. * Develop training programs and operational resources to enhance franchisee capabilities. * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and franchise performance data to identify growth opportunities. * Manage franchise operations budgets and support profitability improvement initiatives. * Lead and mentor regional managers, franchise support teams, and operations staff. * Prepare executive reports and recommendations for senior leadership. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field. * Proven experience managing franchise networks, multi\-site operations, or distributed business models. * Strong understanding of franchise systems, business operations, and franchisee relationship management. * Demonstrated success in improving operational performance and driving revenue growth. * Experience developing operational standards, training programs, and performance improvement initiatives. * Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing P\&L statements, sales reports, and business metrics. * Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to influence and collaborate with franchise owners and executive leadership. * Strong project management and strategic planning abilities. * Proficiency in business reporting tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
