Guide junior architects and design team members Senior Architect **Caruselli Design Studio** Salalah, Oman Al Hafa, Salalah **Salary: OMR 18,500 / year** Job Summary Caruselli Design Studio is seeking an experienced **Senior Architect** to lead architectural design projects from concept development through execution. The successful candidate will combine strong creative vision with technical expertise, project coordination, and attention to detail. Responsibilities * Lead architectural projects from initial concept to completion. * Develop architectural plans, drawings, elevations, and detailed designs. * Prepare and review technical drawings and construction documents. * Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other design professionals. * Conduct site visits and monitor project progress against design requirements. * Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and project standards. * Review materials, finishes, and construction details. * Guide junior architects and design team members. * Manage project timelines, deliverables, and design revisions. * Present concepts and design proposals to clients and stakeholders. * Resolve architectural and design issues during project execution. * Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. * Professional architectural license or relevant certification is preferred. * **7\+ years of professional architectural experience**, preferably in a design studio or consultancy environment. * Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building regulations. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization, and Adobe Creative Suite**. * Strong project management and coordination skills. * Excellent communication and presentation abilities. * Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail and creative problem\-solving skills. * Previous experience working on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is an advantage.
