I will safeguard these pillars and ensure full knowledge and active participation of all our brand initiatives. **Duties and Responsibilities** As Lifeguard, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following: * Maintain continuous surveillance of people in swimming pools, lakes and oceans * Ensure appropriate headcount of people involved in a watersport on an hourly basis * Provide safety information to people prior to them indulging in a water sport * Supervise swimmers to ensure that they are swimming within the safety protocols * Spot hazards or potential hazards and take measures to prevent accidents * Control and report unruly behavior and evict individuals not adhering to behavior protocols * Ensure that water sports such as beach volleyball and surfing is done within the parameters of set rules and regulation * Perform first aid and CPR according to the demands of adverse situations * Perform pool chemical checks to ensure safety and hygiene * Ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition. * Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded. * Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments. **Qualifications** To execute the position of Lifeguard, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following: * High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar luxury spas and health clubs with proven references in CPR, emergency medical procedures and current certification as a Lifeguard by a recognized source of training. * Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations and skills in the application of lifeguarding surveillance and rescue techniques. * If required I will pass a pre\-employment physical skills evaluation as stipulated by the department. * I have an excellent command of written and spoken English, and I am able to live in a remote location for extended periods of time and travel on single status. *The above is intended to provide an overview of the role and responsibilities for a Lifeguard at Six Senses Zighy Bay. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works in interior fit\-out projects. The role requires strong technical expertise in HVAC systems along with good knowledge of electrical and plumbing works. The candidate should ensure high\-quality, cost effective, and timely delivery of all MEP activities. **Key Responsibilities** MEP \& HVAC Works:  Design, review, and supervise MEP \& HVAC works for interior fit\-out projects.  Perform HVAC load calculations, duct routing, and equipment selection.  Prepare and review shop drawings, full detailed BOQs, and material submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.  Supervise site installations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.  Monitor testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP services. **Coordination \& Project Management:**  Coordinate MEP activities with architectural and interior works.  Work with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve technical issues.  Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and project specifications.  Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring MEP works.  Negotiate with MEP \& HVAC contractors, verify subcontractor quantities, and ensure that each cost item is calculated accurately, point by point. **Documentation \& Reporting:**  Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and as\-built documentation.  Assist in estimation, tender preparation, and client proposals.  Maintain proper documentation for approvals, inspections, and handovers.  Prepare daily site reports and submit consolidated weekly progress reports. **Requirements** ** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.** ** 3–5 years of experience in MEP works for interior fit\-out projects.** ** Strong knowledge of HVAC design and execution.** ** Familiarity with electrical and plumbing systems.** ** Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software (HAP or equivalent).** ** Strong communication, problem\-solving, and coordination skills.** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: RO450\.000 \- RO550\.000 per month
