In this role, you won’t just be managing systems; you will be the bridge between complex technology and our business goals. We need a professional who can assess our current digital landscape and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency and growth. **What You Will Do** * **Strategic Advisory:** Analyze our current IT infrastructure and provide expert recommendations for hardware, software, and cloud\-based upgrades. * **System Integration:** Oversee the seamless implementation of new technologies, ensuring zero downtime and full team adoption. * **Problem Solving:** Act as the lead architect for technical troubleshooting and long\-term systems optimization. * **Project Oversight:** Manage vendor relationships and timelines for internal digital transformation projects. * **Security \& Scalability:** Audit existing systems to ensure high\-level security and plan for future organizational expansion. **What We Are Looking For** * **Expertise:** 7\+ years of experience in IT consulting or senior systems administration. * **Technical Range:** Proficiency in cloud architecture (Azure/AWS), enterprise network security, and ERP systems. * **Communication:** Ability to translate technical jargon into clear, actionable advice for non\-technical stakeholders. * **Local Insight:** Strong understanding of the technology market and business environment in the Muscat/Seeb region. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; professional consulting certifications are a plus.
