Provide technical leadership to developers and conduct code reviews ### **Job Summary:** **Lead the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions,** **ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.** ### **Key Responsibilities:** * **Own end\-to\-end technical architecture for D365 CRM (Sales, Service, marketing,** **Customer 360\)** * **Design, implement, and govern integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Web APIs, and** **middleware ESB** * **Oversee data migration, performance tuning, and security roles** * **Provide technical leadership to developers; conduct code reviews** * **Work closely with functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders** * **Ensure delivery governance, testing strategy, and release management** * **Support production issues and continuous improvement** ### ### **Required skills and Qualifications** ### **✓ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.** **✓ 12\-15 years overall IT experience; 10\+ years D365 CRM, 5\+ years hands\-on** **development in MS Dynamics 365** **✓ Proven experience with REST and SOAP APIs, Dynamics Web APIs** **✓ Hands\-on leadership in large CRM implementations** **✓ Strong integration and performance expertise** **✓ Microsoft certifications preferred** **✓ Good communication skills and ability to work in a team\-oriented environment.**
