Integrate CRMnext with other systems **Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced **CRMnext Developer** to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting CRM solutions to enhance business operations and customer engagement. The candidate should have strong expertise in the CRMnext platform, particularly the **Gold version**, and experience in workflow development, integrations, and technical troubleshooting. **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement and support CRMnext solutions including configuration, customization, and deployment. * Design and implement simple and complex workflows within the CRMnext application. * Configure layouts, business rules, translators, and develop custom pages. * Develop custom and designed reports to support business operations. * Work with Lead, Service, and other CRMnext modules and object toolbox components. * Design Card View and Mashup Anywhere solutions within CRMnext. * Develop Trinity Cross Sell Modeler solutions including integration and whitespace analysis. * Integrate CRMnext with other systems using SOAP and REST APIs. * Develop complex SQL queries and stored procedures for reporting and system functionality. * Troubleshoot technical issues related to servers, authentication, IIS configuration, and application performance. * Participate in business requirement gathering, process analysis, and technical solution design. * Identify risks in system design and provide mitigation plans. **Requirements:** * Minimum **5\+ years of hands\-on experience with CRMnext**, preferably Gold version. * Experience in CRMnext implementation and working with core development teams. * Strong experience in workflow design and CRM configuration. * Good knowledge of SQL databases and query development. * Front\-end development skills using HTML and CSS. * Experience with SOAP and REST API integrations. * Strong problem\-solving and technical troubleshooting skills. * Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
