This isn't just a data role; it’s a strategic position designed for an analyst who can navigate the nuances of the Muscat corporate landscape and deliver optimized system architectures for our Tier\-1 clients. **Key Performance Areas** * **Systems Evolution:** Identify and document functional gaps in existing business architectures, proposing scalable digital solutions that align with client growth targets. * **Workflow Optimization:** Engineer detailed process maps and use\-case scenarios to streamline operations within financial and governmental systems. * **Requirement Translation:** Serve as the primary liaison between non\-technical stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring technical specifications meet business objectives. * **Integrity Testing:** Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and manage the transition from development to live production environments. **Required Expertise** * **Professional Background:** 7\+ years of experience in systems analysis, specifically within a consulting or professional services firm in the GCC region. * **Academic \& Technical:** Degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics; CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) designation is highly preferred. * **Linguistic Precision:** Advanced C2\-level English for high\-stakes presentation and documentation. * **Digital Reporting:** Expertise in providing asynchronous stakeholder briefings via Loom to maintain project momentum. **Context \& Location** Sapiens IT Consulting offers a premium workstation in Shatti Al Qurum’s Diplomatic Area.
