We are looking for a **Dispatch Officer (Logistics Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator)** to join our operations team in Salalah. If you are organized, detail\-oriented, and enjoy coordinating logistics and transportation activities, this is a great opportunity to build your career in a dynamic international trading environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery schedules for inbound and outbound shipments * Assign drivers and delivery routes efficiently to ensure on\-time delivery * Monitor shipment status and update internal tracking systems * Communicate with warehouse, suppliers, and transport partners * Prepare and verify delivery documentation (invoices, delivery notes, manifests) * Ensure compliance with company logistics procedures and safety standards * Handle urgent delivery changes and resolve dispatch issues quickly * Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and shipment logs **Requirements** * Previous experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or warehouse operations preferred * Strong communication and organizational skills * Basic computer skills (MS Excel, tracking systems, email communication) * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment * Attention to detail and problem\-solving ability * High school diploma or equivalent (logistics or supply chain certification is a plus) **About the Company** Naeem Imports \& Exports Trading LLC is a diversified trading and logistics company engaged in import/export operations, supply chain coordination, and distribution of goods across regional and international markets.
