Provide guidance and mentorship to junior auditors. **Position Overview:** Leads or participates in comprehensive internal audit engagements to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes. This role involves planning, executing, and reporting on audits, as well as mentoring junior staff and ensuring audit quality. **Job Description and Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and execute internal audit assignments independently or as part of a team. * Evaluate the design and operation of internal controls and identify areas for improvement. * Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations. * Follow up on management’s implementation of audit recommendations. * Assist in developing audit plans and programs. * Provide guidance and mentorship to junior auditors. * Conduct risk assessments and contribute to the annual audit plan. * Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and regulatory requirements. * Communicate audit findings effectively to management and relevant stakeholders. * Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and internal control frameworks. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA, CIA, or otherrelevant certifications preferred. * 3\-7 years of internal audit experience, preferably in construction, contracting, or similar industries. * Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements. * Proficiency in audit software and MS Office tools. * Excellent analytical, communication, and report\-writing skills. * Leadership and team management capabilities. Preferred Skills: * Attention to detail and high level of integrity. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple assignments. * Minimum 7 years work related experience Pay: From RO1,000\.000 per month Work Location: In person
