We are moving away from legacy maintenance and into high\-velocity product development. We need a Full\-stack Developer who treats code as a craft and understands the balance between front\-end aesthetics and back\-end scalability. **Technical Stack \& Responsibilities** * **Front\-End Architecture:** Lead the development of responsive, high\-performance user interfaces using modern frameworks (React.js or Vue.js preferred). * **Back\-End Systems:** Build and maintain robust server\-side logic and APIs, ensuring seamless integration with data storage solutions. * **DevOps Integration:** Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline, focusing on automated testing and deployment efficiency within a cloud\-based environment. * **System Optimization:** Conduct regular code reviews and performance tuning to ensure 99\.9% uptime for our digital suite. **Experience \& Skills Matrix** * **The "DNA" Requirement:** Minimum 4 years of professional experience in full\-stack roles with a portfolio showcasing end\-to\-end project ownership. * **Language Proficiency:** Advanced technical English (C2/C1\) is essential for collaboration with our international design teams. * **Cultural Fit:** Previous experience working within the Muscat tech ecosystem or the broader Middle East is highly advantageous. * **Communication:** Ability to record and present technical updates via Loom or similar video platforms for remote stakeholders. **Why Nawras?** Working at the Ooredoo Campus places you in one of Muscat’s most innovative hubs, surrounded by the country's leading digital minds.
