Lead and manage team effectively We are looking for an experienced **Frozen Food Section Supervisor** to oversee operations in the frozen foods department of a supermarket. The candidate should have strong expertise in product handling, storage standards, inventory control, and team supervision while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operations of the frozen food section * Ensure proper storage, handling, and display of frozen products * Maintain required temperature and hygiene standards * Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation * Monitor inventory levels and reduce wastage * Lead and manage team members effectively * Coordinate with store management for stock and operations * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations **Requirements** * 4–5 years of experience in supermarket or frozen food section * Knowledge of frozen product handling and storage standards * Experience in inventory control and stock management * Strong leadership and team management skills * GCC driving license is an added advantage **Working Conditions** * 8 hours per day * 6 days per week (4 days off per month) **Benefits** * **Employment Visa Provided (2\-Year Contract)** * Free accommodation * Transportation provided * Medical facilities as per company policy * 30 days annual leave after completion of contract * Air ticket allowance after completing 2 years Job Type: Full\-time Pay: RO230\.000 \- RO250\.000 per month Work Location: In person
