Role Overview The **Client Support Engineer (Security)** will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting security\-related issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of cybersecurity solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem\-solving skills, and a customer\-first mindset. Key Responsibilities * Provide technical support to clients on security systems and solutions. * Troubleshoot and resolve cybersecurity\-related issues promptly. * Install, configure, and maintain security software and hardware. * Monitor client systems for vulnerabilities and potential threats. * Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. * Maintain accurate documentation of support processes and client interactions. * Train and assist clients on security tools and best practices. * Ensure compliance with company policies and regional cybersecurity regulations. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in IT support or cybersecurity roles. * Strong knowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint security. * Experience with SIEM tools and vulnerability management. * Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
