The candidate must have practical experience in **Odoo ERP** and good understanding of accounting processes in a trading company. This is a remote position for candidates based in India. Key Responsibilities1️ Odoo ERP Operations (Mandatory) * Handle day\-to\-day accounting entries in **Odoo ERP** * Work with the following modules: * Accounting * Sales * Purchase * Inventory * Record supplier bills and customer invoices * Perform bank reconciliation * Maintain customer and vendor ledgers * Follow up on receivables and payables 2️ Trading \& Inventory Accounting * Assist with purchase entries and landed cost allocation * Monitor stock valuation and product costing * Ensure accurate margin tracking on sales transactions * Support coordination between sales and procurement teams 3️ VAT Documentation \& Reporting * Ensure VAT\-compliant invoicing * Maintain VAT input and output records * Reconcile VAT accounts monthly * Prepare VAT reports and supporting documentation * Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes 4️ Financial Reporting Support * Assist in preparing: * Monthly P\&L * Balance Sheet * Cash Flow summary * Prepare receivable and payable aging reports * Maintain organized financial documentation Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance * 2–4 years accounting experience (trading company preferred) * Practical working experience in **Odoo ERP (mandatory)** * Basic understanding of VAT * Good knowledge of MS Excel * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From RO250\.000 per month Experience: * Odoo ERP software: 2 years (Preferred)
