




Summary: This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing the employee lifecycle, overseeing document control, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Highlights: 1. Manage the full employee lifecycle **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Management, or related field * Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HR and administration * At least 8 years of experience in HR management, document control, and information management, preferably in real estate/infrastructure projects * Experience in Oman/GCC region is highly preferred **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with organizational goals * Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding * Oversee document control and information management systems for project and HR records * Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies * Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions * Coordinate with project teams to ensure proper staffing and manpower planning * Maintain and manage HR records, personnel files, and documentation systems **Technical Requirements:** * Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements (Oman/GCC) * Experience in document management systems and record control * Familiarity with HR software and databases * Understanding of organizational development and workforce planning **Leadership \& Management:** * Lead and manage the HR and administrative team * Support management in strategic decision\-making and workforce planning * Promote a positive and productive work environment **Communication \& Reporting:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to prepare and present HR reports, policies, and analytics * Strong organizational and problem\-solving abilities Pay: RO600\.000 \- RO800\.000 per month Work Location: In person
