*We are Hiring* ***Branch Accountant*** *to join our company in* **Muscat, Oman**. **Job** **Summary**: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Branch Accountant** to oversee the financial operations of our **Oman Branch**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and coordinating with the Head Office and auditors for financial finalization and reporting. **Responsibilities**: ● Handle the full spectrum of branch accounting, including receivables, payables, fixed assets, inter\-unit reconciliations and financial reporting. ● Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closings. ● Monitor daily, weekly and monthly cash flow, ensuring accurate bank reconciliation and cash handling. ● Manage trade\-related banking matters, including Letters of Credit (LCs) and guarantees. ● Coordinate with the Head Office and Branch Manager to ensure smooth financial operations. ● Liaise with auditors for finalizing branch financials and filing tax returns in compliance with Oman regulations. ● Utilize Microsoft Dynamics GP system for accounting and financial management tasks. ● Assist with financial analysis and reporting to senior management. **Qualification \& Experience:** \- ***Education Mandatory: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/ CMA*****.** \- ***Must be currently based in Oman with at least 7\-10 years of experience in the Oman market.*** \- Proven expertise in handling end\-to\-end accounting processes and financial reporting. \- ***Strong understanding of Oman’s tax regulations and financial compliance requirements***. \- Ability to work independently and handle branch financial matters with minimal supervision. \- Excellent analytical, problem\-solving and communication skills. \- ***Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics GP system is preferred.*** Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: RO700\.000 \- RO1,000\.000 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Oman: 6 years (Required) * End\-to\-End Accounting processes and Financial reporting: 6 years (Required) * Oman’s Tax Regulations and Financial Compliance: 6 years (Required) * Microsoft Dynamics GP System: 6 years (Required) License/Certification: * CPA (Certified Public Accountant) / CMA (Required) Location: * Muscat (Required)
